I’m hungry/want more coffee but don’t want to give up my desk at the library to go upstairs to the coffee shop. SIGH. At least I’m studying a little more now that I’m refreshed from napping on the desk/procrastinating.

A delicious yet simple dessert. I found this recipe in a Williams-Sonoma cookbook that I have, but you can find it online here. I didn’t decide to make this last night until right before dinner so to save time I used puff pastry for the crust. The whole thing took under an hour to make and the end result was delicious!!

I’ve been in the library for 3.5 hours and have only studied for an hour. I spent an hour sleeping and the remainder on tumblr. This is why I will fail.
